Firstly select an element from the list. Place your cursor on the anchor. Turn the item lef and right buttons. Right click to create. 
Deleting: Go to the deletion mode.Place your cursor on the item you want and right click to delete.
Use the middle mouse button to rotate the view or c key on the keyboard.
